Drop Shot Reactive Target Kit
MAKE TARGETS REACTIVE FOR NLTA TRAINING
Drop Shot is a simple tool that allows any cardboard target or backer to be converted to a reactive (falling) NLTA target. This helps avoid the training scars associated with single round or simple cadence engagements in the shoot house. It can be used overtly as a visible point of aim, or photorealistic or other paper targets can be placed over the reactive plate so that shooters don't know where to hit to cause the raget to fall (i.e. torso vs head).
WHY WE LIKE DROP SHOT
We've used 3D cardboard falling targets in our shoot house for many years. Those targets use balloons as the reactive mechanism. The balloons are placed inside of a cavity in the target (head or chest) then attached to the line that hangs the target. When the balloon is popped, the target falls. They've been great as a training tool... BUT they take a lot of time to reset. Drop Shot offers similar capability, but much faster reset times.
Drop Shot works with Simunitions, UTM, air soft, or other NLTA projectiles. NOT FOR LIVE FIRE!
